Pleroma Coaching is based on Pleroma and personal power. Pleroma (ple-ro'-ma) is the Greek word most closely translated as fullness - completeness, abundance, and joy. Power is the ability to act, choose, and change. Trust in a higher power, self, and others allows us to live powerfully in all aspects of life.
