The power that is inside each one of us is greater than anything we could be taught in a class or workshop. Our focus is to provide a safe and open space to explore: “What do I want?” “Who do I want to be in this relationship?” “What am I willing to ask for and do?” Tools you will be given to powerfully connect include: designing alliances, respect, listening, understanding, appreciation, supporting, and requesting. No person can complete another. Pleroma Coaching coaches you to define and utilize your personal power and to build healthier relationships with the people around you. Coaching Programs
To begin a working relationship with your life coach, you will meet in person or by phone to explore your values, vision, and goals in a 1-2 hour design session. Thereafter, the sessions will take place either in person or on the phone in 30 – 60 minute increments. There is a recommended three month minimum. The phone offers convenience. Our coaching programs offer a sense of security and openness. Each is designed to bring about discovery, action, and change; “freeing the power inside.”
The coaching sessions will focus on reaching your goals through individually designed practices. These sessions will offer you greater awareness of personal power, understanding of who you are, and how you connect or detach in relationships and from outcomes. You will gain the support and recognition of living congruently with your vision, values, and actions to create a more fulfilled life.
