Pleroma Coaching utilizes holistic life coaching and brain training approaches to address life-limiting challenges so that you can flourish and be at your best.

A happy, fulfilling, purposeful life is multidimensional, including elements such as physical, mental, neurological, relational, and spiritual wellbeing. Similarly, life-limiting challenges are also multidimensional. Difficulties such as depression, anxiety, inability to focus, and lack of motivation often have many underlying elements, including neurological, nutritional, relational, and experiential causes. At Pleroma Coaching, we consider elements in four major dimensions in order to work towards peak performance: (Click icons on left)
Individual Internal Elements: emotional health, mental framework, spiritual development (Inner Life – Heart)
Individual External Elements: brain health, physical fitness, optimal nutrition, sleep (Physical Life – Brain & Body)
Relational Internal Elements: familial values, cultural values, close relationships, collective purpose (Relational Life – Family/Tribe)
Relational External Elements: social systems, natural environment, technological context (Contextual Life – World)

Neurofeedback
Brain Training
Neurofeedback (EEG-Biofeedback) is a type of non-invasive brain training approach that uses visual, audio, and tactile feedback to improve brain function and self-regulation. Neurofeedback can help children, teens and adults optimize their brain function for improved focus, learning, emotional regulation, resilience, creativity, and sleep.

Holistic Life Coaching
Flourishing in one's inner life (heart), physical life (brain & body), and relational life will allow a person to fully thrive. At Pleroma Coaching we engage in a multidimensional approach to personal growth, including trauma-informed coaching, neuroscience-based habit formation, holistic health coaching, and spiritual formation.
